Minka Farm is a family-owned farm raising a wide variety of food. We strive to raise food in harmony with nature's plan: All of our animals are raised outdoors in situations that allow them to display their natural behaviors. This includes: 100% grassfed beef*, pastured pork*, pastured chicken, pastured goat & lamb meats, and pastured duck & chicken eggs*. Our fruits and vegetables are raised without chemicals and fertilized with properly composted manure from our own farm.

Grassfed Chuck Eye Steak

Chuck eye steak is an alternate to ribeyes. Boneless and cut 1" thick. Average steak is 10 ounces.

Apples

12 varieties of heirloom apples grow in our no-spray orchard. Uneven and spotty at times, they aren't the prettiest apples, but they taste amazing and have no hidden chemical surprises.

Fresh Rosemary

Fresh soft stalk rosemary, raised without chemicals. Bunched in half ounce bundles. If buying from the store on Saturday, will be cut on your arrival unless otherwise requested.

Smoked Sausage Links
