Our gouda cheese is sweet and nutty. It's name comes from a prominent hill we can see from our farm. This cheese pairs well with full bodied red wines

Our cheddar has a creamy, sharp flavor that intensifies as it ages. Its name is hyphen of the two gentlemen that owned the dairy-Martin & McClure. Pairs well with dry white wines

Stumbled across this place searching for a cheese shop (online) one morning. This family owned and operated dairy farm is amazing! We purchased cheeses, yogurt, butter and eggs. Everything was delicious! I really wanted to try the pimento cheese but they were out. We will definitely be back!
