What exactly is Locally Grown?
Think of us as a simple Shopify for farms. We're an easy to use farm-sales platform that lets you list products, take payments, and coordinate pickup or delivery, all from a single farmer app plus consumer apps on iOS, Android, and the web.
How fast can I set up an online store for my farm?
Create a free account, add a product or two, and we will give you a link to your farm store. Most farms start selling within about 30 minutes.
What does it cost?
Locally Grown is free for farmers. At checkout Stripe's secure processor charges 3 percent and we add a 3 percent service fee to the customer total, six percent combined, with no monthly subscriptions or surprise add-ons.
Can I really sell anything?
Yes. From heirloom tomatoes to grass-fed beef and even manure, if you raise it or make it you can sell it to your community.
How do customers place orders?
Shoppers browse your store in our iOS, Android, or web apps, choose pickup or farm delivery, and can schedule orders ahead of time for the Saturday market. You receive an instant push notification whenever an order arrives.
Do you handle delivery for me?
You keep control. Each order shows the customer's address and scheduled delivery window so you can drop it off on your normal route. No extra apps or label printers required.
How do payouts work?
Stripe Connect sends funds directly to your bank account in as little as twenty-four hours. Need records for the accountant? You can export every order to CSV with two taps.
Will this actually boost my sales?
