We use a USDA inspected local processor to prepare your beef, and stage it here in our own walk-in freezer. 

Using our "Stanrdard Cut" detailed below, an example Quarter Beef with 75 pounds of take-home meat includes:

Brisket Bundle - Get your smoker ready

Price per pound is $9.95, estimated weigh is 300-340 pounds, and total price is estimated at approximately $3200.

The $9.95 price per pound is for the final take-home weight of your beef - not the "hanging weight" (we do not charge for organs, soup bones – just freezer meat), averaging across premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Unlike other arrangements, the processing fee for the butchering is included in the price per pound.

So, take advantage of bulk pricing and enjoy our grass-fed, grain-finished sustainably raised, Angus beef.

We donated one of the first four cows we had USDA processed to this local charity in August 2020. Through subsequent donations, we have given almost 500 pounds of beef to the hungry. Now, through this option, we can work together to do more. 

Here is how it works: 

· You select the dollar level of your donation in $20 increments (Qty1 = $20, Qty 2=$40,...Qty5=$100)

· We work with the food bank to coordinate the quantity and type of meat for delivery 

· We gather your donation and others, and supply the meat at our cost 

· You receive a photo of your donation, and a receipt for your donation from Fauquier Community Food Bank, a registered 501(c)(3) Organization

If so, our Black Label Wagyu product is what you are looking for! This product offering for the black label comes out of our Fullblood Wagyu program only and will be your culinary ticket for the Wagyu Experience. All of the animals that reach the 'black label' status here at Twin Oaks must first meet certain thresholds for the various marbling characteristics and grading before they can achieve this special label. We determine this based on the animals carcass scan that is done, by our butcher prior to cutting, with our MIJ Carcass Camera which grades the animals ribeye on the Japanese grading scale. Based on all of the information we have found, our 'Black Label Wagyu' should be grading alongside the Japanese A4 products. We know there are a lot of characteristics that come into play when it comes to grading beef, but this black label will show you it is on a different level!
